Tips for ensuring the longevity of your helium balloons:
Helium Balloon Delivery
Only delivery and self-collection options are available for orders with helium balloons. Do state your preferred date and time before checkout. Our helium balloons are delivered by BalloonsGuru's in-house delivery team.
Our team at BalloonsGuru strives to provide efficient delivery for all customers, but due to unforeseen weather conditions and traffic jams, the actual delivery time may vary by 30 minutes before or after your stated delivery time. However, be rest assured that we are committed to delivery your orders punctually. Kindly ensure there will be someone to receive the balloons/parcels at your stated delivery date/time as re-delivery is chargeable at $25 and subjected to availability.
Last minute amendments of delivery date/time/location is chargeable at $5 and subjected to availability. If you wish to change your delivery date/time/location, please communicate that to us at least 2 working days earlier. There will be strictly no refund/exchange once the parcels/balloons are handed over in good condition upon delivery.

Self-collections must be arranged in advance. We do not accept walk-ins or telephone-based purchase at the moment. There will be strictly no refunds/exchanges once the parcels/balloons are handed over in good condition upon self-collection.
Our team at BalloonsGuru makes it a point to carefully inspect the items before shipping them out. We will only accept refunds or exchanges due to manufacturing defects within 7 days for non-balloon items, and 12 hours for balloon items from the time of delivery. We will bear the full costs of the postage fees if you wish to mail the items back to us to proceed with a refund/exchange, which was due to our negligence. Please email our customer service team at email@example.com for further assistance. We would also like to extend our apologies and accept an exchange due to incorrect item sent within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will bear full costs of the postage costs, or delivery charge for helium balloons.
Missing or Incorrect Item
We sincerely apologise for missing out or mailing out the wrong item, kindly contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and attach a picture of your parcels received for further assistance.
